Deletion branch: request deletion of the one identified standing order.

Deleting an order definition is distinct from cancelling a payment instruction that has already been generated. The applicable service must determine any effect on pending occurrences.

XML validity establishes structure and datatypes. It does not establish the sender’s authority, object eligibility or successful execution.
