Ask the instructed financial institution to cancel an earlier interbank payment instruction or seek a refund after that instruction has been processed.

Cedar Bank forwards the customer cancellation request to Services Bank for the corresponding interbank payment.

For a payment with separate cover, the MDR treats cancellation as the whole transaction including cover; the assigner must not request cover cancellation separately.

Case is optional for services outside a case-management environment, but identification and correlation remain necessary.
