Request a liquidity debit transfer between two accounts of the same member or account group held at the transaction administrator.

Separate debit-initiated EUR 15000 liquidity transfer between Cedar settlement and reserve accounts held by the same fictional system administrator.

The MDR confines this workflow to accounts of the same member or the same account group maintained at the administrator. It is not a general customer credit-transfer format.

An account-type-only identification is meaningful only where the administrator can unambiguously determine the relevant accounts. Prefer explicit identity when that mapping is uncertain.
