Modification branch: request increasing the current reservation to EUR 25000 at 10:00 UTC.

If available liquidity is below the requested reservation, the MDR describes reserving only what is available. The missing portion is not automatically reserved later when more funds arrive.

XML validity establishes structure and datatypes. It does not establish the sender’s authority, object eligibility or successful execution.
