Acknowledge receipt of one or more earlier messages and, where supplied, convey their application-processing information.

Receipt for the priority-modification request, acknowledging receipt only.

The functionality describes an application receipt in asynchronous exchange. It is not merely a network-delivery acknowledgement.

Status information is optional in the described use. An acknowledgement with no conclusive business result must not be treated as proof that a requested modification, deletion, cancellation or transfer succeeded.
