Provide information about business-day and system operating information maintained by the transaction administrator.

Return the requested system date and an invented open-for-processing status.

This administrative information describes system operation. It does not report whether an individual payment settled, and an event time should not be treated as an individual transaction deadline without the applicable service rules.

The service agreement determines which optional query features, record volumes and message exchanges are supported; the broad ISO schema is not an implementation profile.

The generic Get/Return design also permits administrator-initiated information at agreed times or on an event. A pushed report has no preceding request to infer.
